Refund Policy

Can I exchange / refund if the product I received is defective?

Please contact us at support@miaherbal.com and we will review your case. 

To assist you better, kindly include the following in your message:

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation email

  • Proof of the product defect

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Product defects do not include damages resulting from customer mishandling, misuse, negligence, tampering, modifications, or improper storage.

  • Must be unopened, unused, and in the original condition as received.

  • Must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Not in used condition.

Please note:

  • Requests for exchange or refund must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

  • Mia Herbal reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
     

  • The return shipment cost shall be borne by the customer.
