Can I exchange / refund if the product I received is defective?

Proof of purchase or order confirmation email

Proof of the product defect
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product(s) must meet the following conditions:

Product defects do not include damages resulting from customer mishandling, misuse, negligence, tampering, modifications, or improper storage.

Must be unopened, unused, and in the original condition as received.

Must be returned in its original packaging.

Not in used condition.
Please note:

Requests for exchange or refund must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Mia Herbal reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.

The return shipment cost shall be borne by the customer.
