My product was purchased some time back and is expiring soon, can I exchange or refund it?
While we truly understand your concern, we’re unable to offer exchanges or refunds for products that were purchased some time ago and are nearing their expiration date. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity, safety, and freshness of our products for all our customers.
Can I exchange / refund if the product I received is defective?

Proof of the product defect
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product(s) must meet the following conditions:

Product defects do not include damages resulting from customer mishandling, misuse, negligence, tampering, modifications, or improper storage.

Must be unopened, unused, and in the original condition as received, including all original components such as free gifts (if any).

Must be returned in its original packaging.

Not in used condition.

Requests for exchange or refund must be made within 14 days from the date of invoice or receipt.
